Derby Customer Loyalty Program
Our Customer Loyalty Program is free of charge to anyone interested in signing up! Details regarding the program are outlined below:
Ask to sign up for an account when purchasing anything from Derby Comics and Games by providing your Name and optional contact information so we can reach out to you if there are any issues with transactions or other concerns at the store
Unless otherwise specified (see below) all purchase will earn you 10% in points that get added to your account that can be used on future purchases at the store. As an example, if you purchase $100 worth of products you'll have 10.00 point that can be applied to your next purchase!
There is no limit to the amounts of points you can earn, and points do not expire.
You can lookup your points on your most recent receipt, or just ask a friendly Derby Comics and Games staff member to lookup your points in the system whenever you're at the store!
Specific sales, purchases, events, and other activities at the store may not be eligible for obtaining or using points. We will inform you if this is the case during a transaction or activity.
